Service Update

These are not normal times but while we can we will still be processing orders and we’d like to say how much we appreciate your continued support.

In order to reduce our contact with others we will only post 3 days a week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – rather than the usual 5. Additionally we are using an arms length system to undertake shipping. Postage from the royal mail is bought through paypal and we then use the drop and go service. As such paypal email out a tracking number for each item. Please check your email or paypal before asking us for an update.

So from today please be aware that delivery times may be extended slightly especially as postal services are under increased pressure. The delivery is literally out of our hands once we have dropped orders at the Post Office.

Due to major disruption to international shipping networks we have restricted delivery options for destinations outwith the UK, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey for the time being. DPD Courier ships to Europe at a reasonable price (approx £20) with reliable tracking options. Therefore we are now shipping to Europe again with a flat fee of £20 for shipping.

Additionally once a week we will post out to Europe or the rest of the world; maximum 5 items per order, through the post office using track and/or signed for services at the cost of £15.

However due to stricter customs constraints for products containing nicotine, sadly we have added to the list of countries that we can ship to but only by agreement that we will have no liability once the order is posted – as such you have to contact us directly through customer services to arrange. It is up to you if you think it will go through your customs system unstopped. Updated list: Algeria, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei, Burkina-Faso, Chad, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Guinea, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, The Gambia, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Uzbekistan, Yemen.

We will continue to update to let you know of any changes to our/the situation.

Stay Safe

Checkout Issues – Paypal

It appears that PayPal are having issues with their checkout systems which is affecting a small number of orders placed through our site. Their system slows down which causes card issuers to reject authorisation for payment – it’s an old fail safe to protect against card fraud.

This is leading to checkout not completing and the order not going through. If you wait a short while and try again it should be ok.

If you experience this issue and it doesn’t go through or you don’t want to wait, you can send a copy of the order you want to place to customer services and we can send a paypal invoice out which you should be able to pay without issue or you can pay using and include a note.

Hopefully this problem will be resolved soon by PayPal.

We’re having a short break next week.

Any orders received before 10 pm on Saturday 7th April will be posted out on Monday 9th.

You will still be able to order after that time but they will not be dispatched until we return on Monday 16th April.

Bad Weather Disruption

With the British Isles suffering heavy snow and storms there is likely to be disruption to postal services for the remainder of this week, as we are under a blanket of snow and it’s still coming down there is the chance that our distribution may be affected in the coming days.

Postal services may experience problems delivering to some parts of the country, even those not directly affected may experience knock on effects where collection points are in areas that have had bad weather.

We will of course maintain delivery schedules wherever possible, but as a precaution, we ask our customers to be prepared for delays that will be outside of our control.

Please accept our apologies for any disruption that may occur.
